Exil3d: The best site to start is msdn.com. They have TONS of stuff on there, even for beginners. I still go there all the time, and I've been coding for over 10 years.
Just one note though: A lot of people expect this to be something they learn quickly, but it's definitely not a simple task. The beginner programs (basic "Hello World" apps, or apps like this fart app) are definitely a good start, but if you really want to build a full application with a lot of logical calculations, that's going to take some time.
Don't get discouraged, though, I just don't want you to be disappointed like a lot of people are when they start. Good luck!
