Yeah, I filed a claim last month on my Touch because I fell and cracked my screen, did it online, and it said I was going to receive a reconditioned Touch, had to fill out an affidavit and fax it vack to Asurion along with a copy of my driver's license. Everything went through, but I waited to complete my claim because I had a friend who was going to replace my lcd screen at no charge, but his store can't get the part in at the moment, so this morning I called Asurion back and completed my claim, and I was told that I'm receiving a brand new in the box Touch Diamond because the Touch is no longer available. Wow, does that mean the Touch has reached its end-of-life?
