And yes, Internet sharing (by means of tethering undetected)
IS stealing, considering you are supposed to pay extra for that capability, and you aren't. If you are taking something that you are supposed to pay for and aren't paying for it, I'm pretty sure that's considered stealing. You can try and argue semantics all you want, but in the end, it's theft. Also, PAM is NOT included in employee plans, as I am an employee.
