each time I redownloaded the roms and deleted the previous ones.
I have had this issue since the orginal release of grooverom 4.... no so groovy now...... however groove rom 3 works fine.....

I had the same problems with the RUU in Groove 4 and some others has to. You can try and swap out the RUU_signed.nbh in the folders, but i just gave up and flashed from the Internal Storage amd was good to go. Here is the info on how to do it.
