i can confirm this as well, love the LED killer function, but i really need the vibrate back or i will miss to many calls.
edit: the follwing reg key will restore both without triangle's hack program:
HKLM>Drivers>BuiltIn>AllLEDMgr>Index
change to 0 for off or 1 for on
no luck finding a way to separate them except for cody and stroth's LED killer but that takes too much memory for me and has thusfar been inconsistent.
if anyone else figures out a way to keep vibrate and get rid of the LEDs, i will be eternally gratefull.
