Well I don't know how this happened, pretty weird. Today I was just playing with the TP as usual. And all of a sudden my screen completely froze, so I was like "time to soft-reset". After that, I got the volume issue that was on 4.13...
. Installed the 4.13 hotfix and it's running smooth again, just thought I'd post it up. Weird situation tho
