Quite honestly I am not sure if there is a reg setting that can do this or not (I would be willing to bet there is though) but I would check with your IT people about it. If a lock isn't that important to them, they may allow you to do this without having to go into a reg editor. If a lock is very important to them though, you may want to stick with what you have.

I know it may not be your first choice, but I have seen how some companies get about these things. Good luck, if I do run across a reg setting I will post it for ya!!
