Fast Charge + 21028+ = Lockups at Start Settings...
Some one confirm,
Fast Charge from no2chem + SYS 21028 or higher = Lockups at Start Settings...
When locked up you can ONLY reset.
After reset remove the FastCharge using Active Sync (since you can't get to settings) and the problem is gone...
It's a shame because charging phone at 1Amp via USB is kinda nice.
