Re: Does anyone else have a crack in the chrome?
I called *2 and talked to a rep who promptly transferred me to insurance. Awesome.
Hung up, called back again and got a rep who transferred me to tech support and said that i'd have to "submit an e-ticket." Rep in tech support said she knew about the chrome problem and that they were sending out a new phone to me which should arrive within 2-3 business days.
She did warn me that there was a $200 charge if the phone i sent back was "damaged beyond repair." I told her my phone was working fine, there was just chrome coming off. It doesn't technically fall into the ESN range but hopefully it'll go through ok as i'm having the exact same issue with the chrome. I also have that "greasy screen" issue that's been talked about here.
