Re: What's a good geocaching app??

Geocatching.com is really particular about how their "copyrighted icons" and services are used. I use BASICGps on my Touch Pro (I also have a DeLorme PN-40 GPSr) and the application is one of three similar applications that are not allowed to be mentioned on their site. The developer removed the icons and the application is still banned. Anyway, GCz may be in violation of the user agreement and may have problems in the future - it uses Geocatching.com's icons.

Anyway, I have 540 or so caches loaded on my Touch Pro using the GPX format that is available to premium members and it does pretty good. It also functions outta cell range. Attached are a few screen shots.

Also, GCz requires a data connection, as it connects directly to Geocatching.com.
