If you desire the official, fully functional & ported version of TP3D2 wait till Xboxmod releases it. They have created a temporary sticky especially for the announcement of TF3D2 launch here:

And it will likely be released in cab packaging for easy installation so there is no need for anyone to attempt a fix on this rom.
