There is ppc program called mRing. You can keep all your alerts and ringtones in a folder on the memory. It has allot more features. Like setting specific ringtone for blocked id or unknown callers. I have it on my apache and works great. It dosent have any problems using a ringtone off the card when the phone turns on from sleep mode. it allso has a today plugin built in. But its a bit pricey.
