I can understand if they charge the $100 for lost of stolen phones but how can they charge the customers for simple replacements of issues that are already known. How would you like to pay $100 every time the phone craps out because of HTC defects? I'm still trying to argue with Sprint and Asurion that my phone is under warranty after 2 1/2 months of service and that the MicropError is not of my doing but they insist that I pay $50.
