Connect your phone to a computer via active sync, and go to the installed directory of throttle lock. Go to the text file (lockcode.txt) Inside of it of it are a series of numbers, and that series should be your lock code. The numbers starts from the top left hand corner with the number 1, going down will be number 2 and so on.
Now, if not remembering your code isnt the issue, a hard reset should do the trick.
