Its sort of a known issue. UI think the dialer cabs are overwriting some of the options in the registry that were put ther by me. I think there are some conflcits of some sort. More so with the higer build numbers it seems. I plan on not using that method any more. I may just leave stock dialer and let user UC in dialer of choice.
