I'm using the same decoder, TCPMP .72, FlashVideoBundle 1.1 (Youtube codec for Flash), and Raw FrameBuffer and it doesn't work. It will launch TCPMP but then I get the following errors:

Player: Audio codec (Windows Media Audio) not supported by the player!

then

Player: Video codec (Windows Media Video 9) not supported by the player!

I've tried every stream format I could think of and no matter what I can't get video to play in TCPMP, just audio.
Here's the fix:

Take the file I uploaded here, unzip it on your PC, then then drop the two .dll files into your \Windows folder on your Mogul. TCPMP will now be able to play the Windows Media Stream that ORB puts out.
That did it! Thank you so much!
