One thing I do if I know that I need to wake up, but probably stayed up a lil too late...is on my desktop/laptop I go to
www.nakedalarmclock.com and set an alarm on there with the reveille bugle and the speakers up really loud....it will wake up most anyone...if not then the pissed off wife will....
