temp gets deleted on every build, so don't worry about it being a leftover from something else.

Your problem is you've selected two OEMs that include the same named file, dpst.dpst. One of those OEMs is Optional_ExtROM_Cellular_South_2_11_702_OEM1_0_0. To find the other one, you can do any one of the following:
  • 1) Review your selections by hand...did you include 2 carrier selections? (This is your problem unless you've been adding OEMs yourself)
    2) search OEM folder for dpst.dpst...see if you selected 2 or more of the OEMs ti finds dpst.dpst in
    3) add a file called dpst.dpst (doesn't matter what it contains) to SYS\OS - your next build will break on the other conflicting OEM - dont' forget to then delete the dpst.dpst you added to SYS\OS.
