i got this to work on mogul, actually. you can install this along with regular tcpmp, then copy the player.exe and setup_ce3.dll file from regular tcpmp into the \program files\media player folder (and overwrite old files) and then it will work. Icons and buttons look more up to date, and it also installs all the major plugins (aac, ffmpeg, etc.)
you can then delete regular tcpmp or keep it.
