The easiest way to start by eliminating the hardware so go get the trial of version of SPB Backup
HERE backup than hard reset. Test your ringer vibrate, if it works than add one app at a time till you find the cause. I have a suspect in your list but I would rather not say I would most likely get attacked by the masses. Lets eliminate the hardware from the picture first it is the easiest thing to eliminate and the hardest to fix. After you are done testing restore your device it will be back like you never changed anything. Always ActiveSync before testing just in case something goes wrong.
