I contacted Sprint through the chat on their website and got my two Moguls/Titans swapped out for two BNIB Touch Pros!

Only thing was, I had to pay for the Touch Pros up front which was $800+ and then I sent back my old phones at which point they credited my Sprint account the $800+ I paid for the Touch Pros.

Now I have two new phones that are way better than the POS Moguls I had, and I won't have to pay a Sprint bill for at least 3-4 months.

I tried doing it on the phone with Sprint and after about 4 hours of getting transfered around and dealing with lies and BS, I finally just used the chat on their website and they did it right away without any problems.

Just make sure if you use the chat, you copy/paste the chat log so you have a copy in case they try to pull some crap on you. I made sure they knew I had a backup of the entire chat conversation :P
