I think you would have to do a hard reset , to put it back stock settings. you can down load the registry editor and flow the steps. I have posted ,and you should be up and running .

Delete The Following Key: "LastCellConnection"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing\Settings]

Delete The Following Key: "ForceCellConnection"
HKLM\Comm\InternetSharing
Delete this string: Extension - isext.dll
