Some ROMs are carrier dependent. All radios are area dependent.

If you want to know the best ROM for you, start with what seems to work for most others. If you want to know what seems to work for most others, check forum activity. A quick scan of the forum topics for heaviest activity will reveal Groove and Mighty as having the most popular Diamond ROMs... but dig deeper if you like.

Sometimes the only way to tell the usability of a ROM is to install it.
