Contact Advanced Tech Support at 877-345-7895. Explain your recent issues and make sure to say you've had X number of phones, all with the same inevitable issue. They were switching Mogul owners into TPs.
But, I do want to stress that you will have quality issues with the Pro, unless you are tremendously lucky. Otherwise, it's a better phone in every way.
