My first cell phone was with Verizon. I will never go back to them after they kept billing me for a whole year after my contract was over. I had stopped service, but kept getting bills. Every month I would call in and tell them to stop sending bills, they said they would correct it, but I still would get another bill the next month. I didn't even have the phone anylonger.

I have had the best service with Sprint....cell service and customer service. Better than Verizon or AT&T (when they did mobiles before Cingular was bought out).
