There is no official 21032 XIP. The SYS it came on was a hybrid 21028/21032. That is how it was from HTC.

Check out the Topaz section on XDA, there is a Topaz dump with 21032 SYS.

You can patch the DSM in the XIP, and what you patch the DSM to, it wil display the XIP version that way. So anyone that claims to have a "real" 21032 XIP, that is how they did it.
