Nevermind, I read that by shortening the folder name, this problem goes away....

I got it to load grvooeROM4, I just had to delete the (unzipped) grooveROM3s I had on the folder, in order to get it to work.
maybe the custom RUU was looking outside its folder chronologically? Who knows...
Hopefully your situation was like my own.
