Search for "Diamond TF3D Config.exe", probably in \windows . Where you find it that's where you want to drop your tweaks.xml and tweaks_custom.xml files... edit: the oem installs to \windows and includes sample files listed in that thread. Just thrown together tweaks though cause I just discovered the solution yesterday.
