Hmmm...the only way I know to do it is to use a program on the PPC, however, maybe you can use one of the PC - PPC control programs (mobiler i think is the name?). If the screen is just broken, maybe you could still view them.

The other option would be to bring your phone to your nearest carrier repair store and see if they can replace the screen without hard resetting.
