Ok to better help some of you understand this: The ACCOLC is based on priority. First off, Sprint does not utilize this. Mainly it is for GSM phones. This was started in London around '05 i think after the terrorist bombings. If you are very inclined to change the number feel free to but if you are on the sprint network this will not change anything. Now that this has been said, the next thing is priority. The HIGHER the number the higher the priority, meaning 0 is the lowest. Anything higher than 9 is reserved and should not be used. 9 is the highest priority to non essential phones, meaning non emergency or gov't. It is against the law however to go above 9 on a personal phone. Hope this helps.
