I used to hate the SIP change on soft reset too until I found SIPchange. its a little freeware program over at xda that stores your chosen SIP and then once you reboot it sets it back to whatever was last selected before the reboot. it essecially runs the program on reboot with a 10 second delay to auto set it up. To my knowlege there isn't any way to tell the computer which SIP is the defualt but this handle little tool at least will switch it back for you each time. go to
