Uhm I had this too once and it drove me mad for like two days, (brain starts turning)
.... I think it was something I had done in PST. I'll look thru my notes and see if its in there. I know I didn't Hard Reset.
Edit: My notes show that after a soft reboot this was gone and had not occured again. I hate to ask if you've tried that.
