Now lets say I have to send it in for warrenty, I would flash it back to stock but wouldn't sprint ask like wtf have you been doing with this phone it was nver activated? It would cost me about $200 to switch to the sprint TP, is it worth it? Would there really be a noticeable difference in performance?
Unless you pay for TEP with sprint, Spring won't repair/replace your phone. If you don't even have an account with them, they won't even look at your phone. If you want to be covered under warranty you'd have to go through HTC, which is located in Taiwan. It is also unlikely that VZW will cover a Sprint phone under their insurance.

Many people have done the Sprint on VZW network thing, because the VZW TP is that bad. VZW really messed up the features of the phone.
