so let me get this straight. you had 6700 on line A, did ae, got a touch pro, then put mogul back on line A, then did another ae, and got a new touch pro. is that right? i thought you had to have phone active for 30 days? but if that's the way you did it, i have an extra mogul that i'll be happy to upgrade to a touch pro

per Sprint's site: - My phone has been active for more than 30 days and is currently displaying a defect.
