Actually, you make an excellent point.
For legal reasons (e.g., airplane flight, explosive zones), a cell phone manufacturer
must provide a very clear way to turn off all radio signals. The Touch Pro Comm Manager is clearly the place to do that. Lawsuits would arise if the Touch Pro were to ignore the Comm Manager's clearly marked Bluetooth setting in order to quietly look for incoming files, especially since the default Beam setting is "On."
