Well if you still haven't deleted the duplicates, what I usually do is us SKTools to delete duplicates so that you don't have to do them manually. I have around 150 contacts and that would just take too long, but with SKTools you can do a search for duplicate contacts and then scroll through the list quickly and make sure the right ones are checked (because it automatically selects one of the duplicates) and then delete them. You can also do this with your tasks or appointments.
