Allright, I added that exe file to a CAB file to make it easier to install. All you have to do is install the CAB file, then go to Start->Settings. Then under the Personal tab, click Menus. Uncheck one item, then check the RotateScreen item. It will now be on your start menu.

PS: I deleted this previously because i didn't realize that i had to enable it on the Menu in settings. lol...i thought the CAB i threw together really quick did not work. My bad.
