I ran the unlock, but it happened so fast that I didnt think it worked. So i ran it again. Seemed to flow better. Proceeded to run KK's rom. How can really wipe this thing to start over?

Try putting the phone back into boot loader (volume and power being held together and the soft reset button) and then flash to another or the stock ROM.
From there try a different ROM and see what happens.
Let me know if this works.
