You forgot 2 critical ones!
Google sync - calendar, contacts (I use WLWM for contacts though) - actually google is running an exchange server!
Windows Live for Windows Mobile - push live/hotmail, push contacts

When there's native support, why bother with 3rd party? Dashwire is nice, but lacks calendar and batch editing contacts. Also, Dashwire has not been updated for a while now...
Seven IMO is buggy and their servers are often overloaded (at least from my experience ~6 months ago).

WLWN I've been using for a while, google just recently came out with WinMo sync, testing it now...
