Re: Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?
Anybody else having problems using the websites? For some reason the Sprint self service site keeps telling me that I don't have a PIN associated with my account and to register for access (despite doing it THREE times and verifying that I have a PIN code associated). The Phoneclaim.com site tells me I have to call after I put in my phone number and information because "Further information is required to file your claim."
A couple of my keys don't work worth a damn and I'd really like a Touch Pro. It doesn't bother me enough to call them though because after talking to those idiots I'd rather go without a cell phone altogether. Last time I filed a claim I would up with an $800 bill, my phone turned off twice and approximately 30 hours of wasted time on the phone. If I have to go through that again I'll resort to tin cans and string.
