I finally got that same letter in the mail too.
How did you get goodies? I have been battling with Sprint since January 3rd. There was two insurance claims made and BILLED to my account, which is odd b/c you are supposed to have a Credit card in order to make the claim, and secondly my online access got hacked into and lines ordered on my account.
Sprint has done nothing - I have had to call them about 50 times and each time I needed explain my story and get transferred.
Now I am getting random txt msgs saying my ##### bank debit card is being deactived, please call this number. Got another one yesterday saying I have a message and to visit this site to see it.
Sprint's answer to the txt msgs - we are working on it, and there is nothing you can do.
