Remove these reg keys from sys/sell rgu :

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\TaskMgr]
"Redirect"=":MSTASKMGR"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\TaskMgr]
"Group"=dword:1

Remove taskmgr.exe and taskmgr.lnk from sys/shell.

Thats all.
