When I sync my work laptop with my HTC Diamond Touch, it causes the OZ Im application to stop working. I get an error with the im.exe and cannot open the app w/o getting this error. I tried re-installing but everytime I try to install it I get another error "Installation unsuccessful". I have had to hard reset my HTC twice now and I'm going to stop sync'ing everything in my Outlook other than my contacts. This is getting VERY frustrating. I shouldn't have these types of problems. I should be able to sync my outlook and use the OZ IM app at the same time.
