I have not received one yet, but it has only been a day.
As for the $119 it looks like I'm going to be charged - a Sprint CSR (Ottis) informed me that the difference in the price was because I was going through the advanced exchange and not Asurion. I don't know if I fully believe that, but to be honest, $120 isn't going to really hurt me all that much. In order to only pay the $55 with Asurion, I would have to return the handset they are sending, wait for them to receive it, process it, and return my money, then make a claim with Asurion. The way I see it, if that takes more than 2 weeks (wouldn't surprise me) then I would be paying $100 with Asurion anyway.
