Yup...Your phone will be "cooking eggs on it hot" after a short while. It's normal. Heck my phone gets hot using bluetooth some days.

Use of the cellaur radio and wifi at the same time draws huge!

Battery cover coming off is a good suggestion. But other than that, just limit the time your using it.
