Cac9478, good to hear. Even someone with TEP by Sprint policy is supposed to get a refurb if they are past 30 days. Instead, people are still seeing cases where they are given brand new Touch Pros. That's good and not the case when some folks with some other devices go to the Sprint store for help after a drop.
