The two stylus pens DO stick together, I'm glad someone else found out about this too! The stylus will also stay put if you place it near the ear piece. Anyway, I too have the same exact problem where one day the stylus just feels extremely LOOSE. I can just tap out the stylus or sometimes it would poke out.

What is this tiny magnet that everyone is talking about? Can you post pictures of this? I'm very annoyed, I JUST got the phone for less than a month... I also have a post on sprintusers.com, and will update you guys if I get an answer!
