I know it takes micro sd instead of mini (no surprise) but as far as stability and , ROM upgrades, etc. How do the 2 compare.?
- currently no unofficial roms for the mogul
- stable rom, i don't have to soft reset as much.. no hard resets yet.
- memory usage doesn't appear as user friendly as the ppc 6700
- slimmer design, but for me a little harder to hold on to then the 6700
- I can't stand the stylus and the stylus location of the mogul

I would go with the mogul, you could probably find a 6700 any time for next to nothing before long.
