I think it has the new sensorsdk in it. So here is what you need to do. If this doesn't exist im not sure how to stop it other than using a third party app, i.e. Flip-It

HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSensor\Gsensor\WhiteList

Delete keys:
Album
Phone/Lock/Compose/Pictures

HKCU\Software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor\ModuleName
