Note: Not all of these images are completely mine. Alot are heavily modified source files from the iPhone theme "Glaskart" (though please realize none have been left to their original state. All have been changed by me to usually a large extent). The lock icon in particular was a google image search result :P
Edit: This was made with 1.5 and has only been tested with 1.5 and 1.5d... so instead of just straight up replacing the gfx
folder copy and paste the files in there so it dosen't mess up with 1.52
